WHAT IS DESIGN SUPERVISION, AND IS IT NECESSARY?
Design supervision is when the specialist who developed the design project for an apartment oversees its precise implementation. While this oversight may not be critical for standard projects, it becomes indispensable for more complex ones.

CAN THE ESTIMATED COST CHANGE DURING THE APARTMENT RENOVATION?
The estimated cost can only change if the client decides to add or remove something from the initial plan. In all other cases, the estimated cost remains static.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO REDUCE THE COST OF RENOVATION?
