Creating a Cozy European Interior in a Khrushchyovka: A Family Project Story by Planirovki.by

At Planirovki.by Interior Design Studio, we always strive to transform ordinary living spaces into sources of inspiration and comfort for their owners. Recently, we took on an exciting challenge: transforming a typical apartment in a panel building with a standard 'Khrushchyovka' layout into something unique and captivating - and we are thrilled to share this experience with you.

Design Concept: Our main goal was to revitalize the space by drawing inspiration from the serenity and harmony of European design, adding intriguing accents that leave an impression. Using a color palette that includes warm earthy tones, combined with a variety of materials and textures, allowed us to achieve this goal.

Enfilade Layout: A crucial decision was to implement an enfilade layout, which not only visually expanded the space but also added sophisticated elegance to the interior. This structural solution created a smooth transition between areas, giving the interior a sense of openness and freshness.

Subtlety in Details: Although our clients initially wanted more vibrant elements in the interior, they ultimately decided on a more restrained approach. The result is a cozy and harmonious space where every element plays its role without making the overall design monochromatic. This highlights our love for details and our desire to create lively and rich interiors.

A Four-Legged Family Member:

A unique feature of this project is the desire to make the interior comfortable not just for people, but also for their four-legged friend—a Greyhound. We believe that a home should be comfortable for all its inhabitants, and we're delighted to be part of creating such projects.

The renovation is still underway, but we are eagerly looking forward to its completion so our clients can enjoy their new family haven. We wish them a swift move and many happy moments in their new nest.
