New School Construction Underway in Minsk Mir Complex: Enhancing Educational Infrastructure

The Minsk Mir complex is set to welcome a new educational institution as construction begins on another school within its expansive development. General contractor Stroytrest № 4, operating under the division of SU-7, has initiated the building process in the area bordered by Savitsky, Bratskaya, and Alfyorova streets. This school will be situated in the 16th quarter of the "Rodnaya Strana" community, expanding the educational infrastructure in this vibrant locale.

During a recent visit to the construction site, it was observed that the school's framework is currently under development. The structural design incorporates prefabricated reinforced concrete columns and beams to ensure durability and efficiency in the construction process. At this stage, work on the first floor is progressing across all three blocks of the school, with bricklayers actively engaged in filling wall openings and constructing interior partitions.

In addition to the ongoing building activities above ground, important groundwork has been completed. The backfill of the foundation pit has been successfully conducted, laying a robust foundation for the school’s structural integrity. Meanwhile, work is also underway for the new swimming pool, which is planned to be a two-story, independently built facility. This exciting addition will feature an exterior entrance for ease of access.

A remarkable feature of the project is the planned pedestrian gallery that will connect the pool to the school at the second level. This innovative design not only facilitates a seamless flow between the educational and recreational areas but also showcases a commitment to creating a multifunctional environment that promotes both learning and physical activity.
