According to the National Cadastral Agency, 117 summer cottages, 102 residential houses, and 23 unfinished conserved buildings were sold in the reporting period. These numbers demonstrate a steady interest in country properties, regardless of their condition and varying price categories.

Prices for rural homes also varied. Topping the sales list is a house in the village of Shubniki, sold for $550,000, followed by homes in Kolodishchi and Drozdovo, sold for $440,000 and $310,000, respectively. The average price range was between $200,000 to $280,000 for 10 transactions and between $150,000 to $200,000 for 12 properties. More affordable options, priced between $100,000 and $150,000, also found buyers.

The situation with summer cottages is somewhat different. The most expensive summer cottage in the Minsk district, located in the Papernyansky village council, was sold for $335,000. A summer cottage in the Borovlyany village council secured the second spot at $200,000. Meanwhile, the majority of summer cottages were sold for less, often costing under $20,000, making them accessible to a broader range of buyers.

The sale of unfinished capital structures has shown the least interest from buyers, with only 23 deals made. This is understandable: such properties require significant investments not only in terms of money but also time and effort to complete.
